This is something very emotional for me vaceayse I've dealt with it for so long 😢. I'm determined to break free of my insecurities and conquer my low self-esteem. If I could talk to my teenage self I would tell her to love herself more, because I didn't at all 😔. Each day I'm working towards self-love and self-care. It has definitely been the most challenging task for me. I'm definitely doing better than I was! These tips are phenomenal and I will be using these. Watching this video has made me realize I need to take a while longer to stay single and really get to my roots and get to know myself again. There's nothing wrong with having to re-know yourself and re-invent yourself; even if you have to do it repetitively. It's worth it if it makes you feel better. I've been getting into my early 30's, and I'm now realizing that I need to re-evaluate my life and re-create my routines. I am ready to release all of my cares as to what people think of me. When I turned 30 I really began to not care what others think. There's nothing more powerful than embracing yourself (as is), and not giving anybody power to influence how you feel about yourself ❤.
