Real confidence is extremely rare. I'm 34 and I have not even met a handful of them. My boss right now is confident, and magnetic is absolutely a good word. She makes me feel relaxed and better about myself because she feels relaxed and good about herself. Her energy makes me so calm. There is not a hint of arrogance about it, just pure "energy joy".
