god i fucking love you man, couldnt agree more about your fitness approach. Used to run long distance, play basketball, was constantly in pain until I started adopting a mentality similar to yours. I still hurt, but I’m better everyday and feel my body unlocking in ways i havent felt since childhood.

As someone who teaches fitness to all levels I’ve noticed especially with senior citizens that balance/coordination is definitely a pillar/important to being fit. ❤

Dude, you've inspired me to get off the sofa after 10yrs of neglecting exercise and my body, following some injuries. Only been a month and a half of a lot of walking, some minor strength training, and flexibility work, but I feel so much better physically, and mentally. Cheers!

I’ve always been very thin and have trouble putting on and keeping weight and this guy helps me not hate my body just because I don’t weigh 180lbs and am not shredded

What I love about this man is that his videos are very educational and clear, he doesn't come off as arrogant or pretentious (even if he is showing off) and he has clean transitions. He's insoired me to improve my health and work towards being more flexible and nimble!!!

I love your message because as a martial artist and gymnast 40% of your work out is strength but 60% is flexibility.

and yesss, being fit is being an all-rounder, imo. AT LEAST having strength and endurance. but mobility absolutely is very relevant...Balance too. and of course speed. but at the very least, in my opinion, strength+endurance.
