Bro if you could create a full YouTube guide like a workout regime, I'd follow it, this all looks like something I need to develope my body properly

My dude really put 100 points into agility from birth. Also, you definitely seem to know what you’re talking about, have you thought of trying to participate in something like American Ninja Warrior?

I did all this conditioning just by playing as a child lmao I learned how to fall far after one too many times landing wrong and shooting FIRE up my leg. I distinctly remember that burning feeling when you accidentally plant your feet instead of rolling out of it

Something I really love about these tutorials, is he always makes them easy, adjustable and beginner friendly. I have some deforminities in my shoulder and knee joints, and these are exercises I can _actually_ do without risking injury and pain :)

I went out to a park the other day, climbed a tree with my friend (who is afraid of any form of height that isn't standing on the ground) and he panicked and got down. Im not usually allowed outside much due to overbearing parents, and whilst im not scared of heights, I am scared of being in control of jumping off of things. So I took a mental note that I was made to climb, run, and JUMP and so I just hopped off the tree onto the ground, and I even stuck the landing. My own brain was telling me the things my dad used to tell me my whole life, that I would injure myself, break my ankle, DIE A HORRIBLE PAINFUL DEATH, if I jumped off that tree. And I stuck the landing. (I was about 9ft off the ground too) im very proud of myself ✨

David earned the passive: cat reflexes.
You are now immune to fall damages.

I always did this as a kid. Very quiet way to jump off furniture in the house. And outside, jumping off tall things, I'd usually add a roll.

The timing on this video is PERFECT for me. I broke my ankle indoor climbing about a month ago. I'm supposed to get the brace off on Wednesday.
I'm looking forward to getting back to it, and these exercises will be Perfect to help prevent the accident from recurring 8D

Also very important, do not go all the way down. Impact and force goes to your knees and can lead to injuries in the future. Recommend going to a 90° angle as any lower is harder (muscle wise).

you're not meant to let your hips drop below your knees, if you keep your hips higher then your thighs will take the impact but if you drop too low it all goes to the knees.
