No matter how hard you train, there will always be someone to say you cheated in some way. This is hilarious and sad at the same time x')

As someone with EDS, THANK YOU. You understand it so much better than so many doctors and you don't even have it

As someone with a hypermobility disorder, thanks for mentioning that it isn’t just “the party trick condition.” Many of us are in very severe pain, and have other connecting disabilities. As always, you are amazing.

Hyper mobility is honestly really painful and not taken seriously as a physical problem a lot, always happy to see someone who understands it without having it

I have EDS. Your videos have me approaching exercise differently. Focusing on building the muscles needed to support my flexibility rather than trying to prevent it has been a game changer.

I have EDS and am so happy u acknowledged it because my friends call me “weird” if something doesn’t heal “quick enough”

I've got hEDS, and I've got to be honest with you: flexibility training isn't advised for me, but your program has actually helped stabilize my joints more than the exercises that are. Targeting the muscle groups that are specific to the joint that isn't acting right is the silver bullet PT I need. Thank you for what you do.

As someone with EDS it makes me really happy to hear one of my favourite YouTubers acknowledge it, maybe I SHOULD try your ebooks

THANK YOU! Hyperflexibilty disorders are nothing to be jealous of, I hyper extended my ankle for probably the third time this week just by stretching in the car. It's good to be aware of others struggles and limitations

Talking about joint disorders is an amazing touch! I have joint hypermobility but not in the fun “haha flexible” way… more in the “oh my gosh it hurts to move life is agony” kind of way

It’s accompanied by joint pain and muscle cramps in my case as well as chronic fatigue. I’m a teenager and I can’t do many things people my age can

Thank you for acknowledging EDS and the part of that it takes forever to heal after an injury. Sometimes never fully heals either. I got a mild form of EDS but still difficult to live with

I have EDS and it makes me so happy to finally hear people acknowledging it as a real condition! So many people tell me I’m just double jointed and being dramatic so I know this was just a simple little video but it made me so happy!! Thank you so much!❤❤❤❤

Sir, you know more about EDS then most of the doctors I’ve seen in the past 20 years while getting diagnosed with it. You’re officially a hero in the EDS community.

I have POTS and my doctors are about 100% sure I have EDS as well, just waiting on the final diagnosis. It's so nice hearing it talked about more ❤️
