Welcome to a 30 minute cardio, posture & flexibility chair workout for seniors & beginners. Today we're focusing more on cardio. We've got 20 minutes of cardio today with 10 minutes of posture & flexibility exercises. Each week, a new program will be uploaded to provide you with a full-body weekly program. Today is Day 3. You can find the links below for the other days. With the 5 days together, you'll have a well-rounded program to use day after day.

Thank you for these wonderful chair workout videos. I started these with my 96 year old mother to get her going again after pacemaker surgery. They have really worked wonders for her and I find I get quite a work out too. Thank you. Please keep the videos coming!

My hubby and I love this workout! What’s hilarious to us is we do your workouts about five to six times a week and do various ones but somehow we’ve never done this one! When we find one we totally love, we do it three or four days in a row and then we’ll switch to another favorite. Thanks for all of the wonderful workouts to get me through this time as I get stronger!

Body's abuzz, especially after that delicious stretch! I have a problem right shoulder, so many of the arm segments required that I take a break. However, I paused the video, continued doing whatever footwork accompanied the arm moves, and when I was sufficiently rested, I continued the video and the exercise. I did this because I didn't want to lose the full time allotted to the upper body. Great exercise, and lovely background! Thank you, Jules...Anastasia

I loved the bouncy music! I ha e a hard time finding the daily chair videos as a set. It took me a few days to find Day 3. You do a marvelous job combining music, exercise and commentary. It helps when you point out your weaknesses, such as coordinating arm and leg movement.

Thank you for sending me the link to this website. I love the music. I love your instruction. I prefer to exercise in the morning and if I don't get it done then, it usually doesn't happen BUT it's 5:45 PM and I just finished. I could exercise with you. Thanks so much.

I really like this work out, but I really can’t do the crossing of the arm over the chest and then holding it with my other arm. So I’m hoping that just crossing it over my chest w/o holding it in is still having some benefits! Thank you so much for all the exercises, especially the chair ones that I can do! I’ve been doing these every day for about 3 months and I really think they’re helping! Have a good day and bless you!❤

Another great one Jules. Hopefully my shoulders will be less rounded in class on Wednesday. Teacher kept on saying put your shoulders back. I told her nothing I can do I have scoliosis.

I modified this work out by standing up and using the 1 pound weights as you suggested. I found it to be plenty difficult. I really felt like I worked hard. Once again thank you for your guidance. It helps to have a lovely, knowledgeable, patient and gentle guide.❤🙋‍♀️

I picked this one randomly today, although I've done them all before. My arthritis is acting up so I can barely lift my arms and have frozen shoulders, as well as disabilities in my lower extremities keeping me in a wheelchair. Anyway, after doing this one today I felt so much better, more flexible with less pain. This is often the case. I do one of your 30 minute workouts every day and they really help. Thank you, Jules.
