Why less energy means more stability? [Pure Logic]

Why is less energy associated with more stability. Why does potential energy reduces as a system becomes more stable. Or Why does the potential energy increase as a system becomes less stable. Let's understand this logically.

I don't find a single reason you have less subscribers.Sir you teach very well.

Honestly you are the best teacher. It's the first time I have seen any Indian teacher to actually TEACH and indulge creativity rather than just preparing for competitive exams. I got fed up with Indian educators due to their non-creative and exam oriented teaching. You are the first one who stress effort on meaning full and actual learning which is practical in real life rather than just cracking exams. This is the way education should be rather than a competitive exam rat race.

Hello, I watched almost all of your videos from KhanAcademy. Even though I'm pretty advanced in physics but your different way of thinking is really interesting. Please upload video related to IIT JEE and Ipho.

Love from Bangladesh ❤.

I can clearly see hard work you have put in understanding each and every topic so clearly.

Just loved your explanation and also pressed the bell icon .😊😊

I like your videos even before completing them cause I know they are gonna be a banger, apart from that I consider you my idol 😊, you're really a great teacher as well as a great personality, I wish my study peers could be like you (prioritizing learning and understanding over marks and ranks), the pursuit of knowledge is the greatest human endeavor. Sir, I used to and still am very afraid of asking conceptual doubts during class, the reason being teachers never address them they say that's how things are and you must know that much only not why they are the way they are, like once I asked my physics teacher when he was teaching us about projectile motion, " how could the initial velocity of the projectlie be a constant (u) like you said, how can someone or something give it a constant velocity at the start, only while dropping a object vertically from a certain height can we give it a constant initial velocity (of 0m/s) ?" But he laughed and said don't you even know impulse and momentum, and then didn't even address my doubt properly, the answer didn't not make any sense to me, can you help me with this doubt, sir ?, I will be super happy to learn from your perspective 😊

I always used the analogy of a baby. If a baby is sleepy i.e less energy, it tends to be quiet and calm. Whereas if it's awake and active, it tends to be restless and playful. Never knew why it applies to atoms, but this cleared my doubt.
Thanks!

Wow! Need more explanations on conventional notations like why was current considered flow of positive charges and why it hasn't changed even after discovering that it's the electrons moving?

Brilliant video and the gist was that any system naturally tries to decrease it's potential energy to get stable. But my question to you is *why* ? Why do they naturally focus on lowering potential hence more stable states? Some might answer with one word "Stability". But then a paradox is formed. What am I missing?

more energy makes a thing work more or change stataes frequently, when energy reduces that ability to show activity decreases, so energy is low with stabilty
