Unfortunately, you miss a critical muscle group, which is all the abdominal muscles... abs is key ... yes leg muscles and clean and jerk will get you out the blocks fast and give you a good 40 yard dash speed for the NFL ... but for Jamaicans maintain your top tend pasture, and high knee lifts 70 meters into your race, it's your abs muscles (your core) that will allow for that conservation of all momentum that you initially generated with your drive phase, ask elaine and usain about maintaining top end speed and strength and speed endurance ... look at their abs or their training and see the amount of ab work they incorporate...
