Welcome to this 20 Min full-body foam rolling and myofascial fascial release routine. In this class, we'll roll out the major areas of tension in the body to help increase mobility and range of motion ROM.
This routine is great for your rest day to boost recovery, or it can be used right before you practice mobility work to help release stuck areas in the body so that you can move with more freedom.
