Im 21 and I take 30mgs of the xr in the morning i have a problem with hyperfixation on one thing even when taking it sometimes it seems to be worse if i have work or something its good but when I dont have anything to do I feel like i waste my whole day sitting in one spot not eating or drinking much of anything

I just switched from IR to XR & I have concerns about the citric acid for absorbency … if the XR is slowly distributing into your system then wouldn’t you not be able to have any citric acid for 8hrs straight??

"Yeah, drug addicts like you probably shouldn't start it. But people who are on schedules and take care of their diets and sleep schedules can greatly benefit from its properties. You have to be realistic with yourself and utilize the tools around you in a safe manner to achieve the best outcomes for your lives."
