Sorry, but if you have ever been as sick as I have from food poisoning (which was a few months of doctor visits, medicines, multiple blood & stool tests, ER visit, etc.), you'd never eat raw food again.

In South East Asia, they eat half boil eggs, raw egg coffee and the eggs are not refrigerated. The eggs are in hot environment most of the time. The eggs are still have poops on some of them !!! But in America and western countries, they're sooo hygienic and yet scared to death of eating eggs that are less cooked!! Don't understand it.
