Nurse for over 50 yrs and you are a breath of fresh air in the medical community. I have yet to disagree with any of your views and am now a keto person because of you. I was a vegan, saw your video about keto life style, tried it and must admit I feel healthier. I buy my meats from local organic kind ranchers and farmers … cost more but worth it. Thank you

As a pregnant mom, I have eaten at least three eggs a day, over easy or gently scrambled, through both of my pregnancies. My son is so healthy and off the charts big for his age! Expecting number 2 in a few months

Dr. Berry, your comment about seeing someone eating an egg white omelette and you couldn't be friends with them was great. Thank You for your videos, always very informative.

My doctor was stunned. Wanted to know what was I doing different. My husband passed away September 25, 2021. I had been hospitalized for 2 days this year with A1C over 14… I am going to do much better! Miss my husband like crazy but he would want me to be healthy!!! Thank you again for all your information! It is a life changer for the better!

I eat 4 to 6 eggs a day. I didn't tell my doctor just said "I don't eat processed food" when he said "Whatever your doing keep it up."

I've eaten eggs most every morning since I was a kid, I'm 65 now. During my pregnancies I ate 2-3 eggs every morning and spinach 3-4 times a week. Genetics aside, both my sons were blessed with strong muscles, bright smiles and overall great health. During the 1980's and 90's the TV doctors preached, limit eggs to 2 a week and eat plenty of heart healthy grains. I ignore TV doctors messaging😉

People fret about actually beneficial saturated fats in egg yolks while guzzling industrial seed oils consisting of a spectrum of omega-6 and rancid oxidation products as well as industrial solvents left over from the processing (there are no specifications restricting them below a 'safe' level). Health awareness has been fully derailed after the legislative hysteria of the 1970s.

Just watched one of your vids from 2018 (carb cravings). You look so much healthier and happier now, which makes you a great advocate for the lifestyle you are promoting. For those new to this, it's worth noting that the improvements beyond weight loss can take some time. I was keto for a year and I've now been carnivore for a year - and I'm still seeing the positive changes. All the best, Dr. B.

I concur, I too can’t trust others whom don’t eat the yolk. Hooray for eggs 🥚 🍳 ❤️

My dad never used to eat egg yolks. Avoided salt. Ate a lot of grains and fruits. He believed those myths. He was a diabetic with high cholesterol. I wish he was around so I can tell him that eggs are nutritious and debunk every myth he believed. He might not believe me because he believed the mainstream doctors ( who told him to stay away from eggs and eat more grains) to be infallible. Thank you for spreading more awareness. You're a doctor with integrity whom I respect.

I’ve been doing a low salt diet because of my high blood pressure. But after watching your videos I’m now cooking up some bacon and eggs with my sea salt grinder at hand.
Thank you! The world needs more of you!!!

Thank You! Since going carnivore 18 months ago I have had 4 eggs over easy and four strips of bacon just about every morning. That's my OMAD with a small something early evening. My blood work has never been better. Merry Christmas!

One of the Canadian farms, where I buy eggs, has this written on its cartons: “Spring Eggs: watch for golden yolks - a sure sign that hens have been moved to pasture. Summer Eggs: Yolks continue to be yellow/ orange as hens forage on grass, bugs, and the ultimate summer delicacy - crickets! Autumn Eggs: Hens enjoy the remaining good weather outside. When the miserable weather comes, they are put indoors with deep loose bedding. Winter Eggs: Now is the time for molting, which cause the egg shells to be lighter in color and more fragile. The yolks also become paler in color.”

The two of us go through a dozen eggs a day. Fried in ghee for breakfast and boiled for snacks. Our last blood labs were stellar.

I recently had a blood test and my cholesterol is a tad high. Actually, it's at "dead woman walking" levels. My doctor gave me the standard patient instructions regarding diet and the first or second item on the list of things to avoid is "eggs and egg yolks".

I haven't excluded eggs from my diet on the grounds that eggs are nature's vitamin pills. They're highly digestible and their nutrients are bio-available.

The same blood test also showed that my vitamins D and B12 levels are excellent as is my folate and I strongly suspect eggs were a contributor to those good levels.

Never throw out your eggshells. Even if you do not eat them, they are wonderful when broken up ad added to your garden. Adds can use in veggie garden or on other plants. Really helps roses show their best.

My great grandmother ate at least one egg everyday and lived to 104 years of age. Her generation understood nutrition better than we do.

Even the term "free range" can be very misleading. It often means that the chickens are "free" to roam INSIDE their battery building in quite crowded conditions. True free range is a whole 'nother ball game.
