I was told by my Dr take it after dinner..around sunset is when it actually works best...I found this to be true for me

I drink a cup of Chamomile tea with melatonin. I think the tea helps it work faster.

I take when I go to bed and I fall asleep within 20 minutes…. Had I taken it half an hour before I would have fallen asleep straight away but that’s the only difference… It works fine both ways.

Melatonin gives me terrible tension headaches the next day.
I take diphenhydramine from a sleeping pill, and I feel good but they say diphenhydramine is bad for you idk

I take 120mg nightly in addition to 5 unisoms and a 250mg magnesium pill. Might be tolerant to it? Not sure, but after 45 min or so, it does knock me out.

I take both melatonin and magnesium, and I still have insomnia it's worse when I'm on my cycle.🥺

Some say melatonin we never take it as supplement though. It is only something the human body needs to produce and use. Or else our body cannot use it...🧐🤔
