These exercises are intended to help those who have knee pain when descending a staircase, walking down hills, playing certain sports (soccer, basketball...) and crouching.

* Disclaimer #1: This is not a complete Solution to Your Knee Pain Problems. These exercises may be too advanced or the wrong thing to do right now, depending on your medical history, and the type and degree of knee pain you're feeling. If you have nagging on-and-off symptoms and you're not sure, reach out to me. If you've recently experienced an acute injury/have acute pain, talk to a doc. who is knowledgeable in this area.

I strongly encourage these exercises to be used by anyone not experiencing knee pain, for the purpose of building more strength around the knee joint in the positions our knees need to access in order to do any activity where our knees are moving outside of "acceptable positions" requested in most gyms and training programs (namely, the plumb-line of the knees should never-ever-ever move forward beyond to the toes).

*Disclaimer #2: I did not invent these exercises! Inspiration from many in the online and local world of corrective exercise/fitness/prehab, but of course THE guy most present in this space currently, KneesOverToesGuy. Look him up; he's changing lives.
