I really liked the goat in Harrenhal - the producers said it was placed strategically so that you never saw it and Alys at the same time, adding to her overall 'witch' vibe.

I see a connection between Helena stitching, and the intro to the show having that same style of stitching. Think about it, she’s able to see past and future events, and the intro depicts past and future events in a similar way!

Joffrey wanting Robb's head to serve it to sansa, being denied of it and feeling powerless then proclaiming he is the king.

Aegon heartbreakingly losing his son, wanting to avenge his son and proclaiming he is the king because he feels powerless that his innocent child was murdered.

They are obviously the same thing.

How about making list of actors who played both in GoT and in HOTD? E.g. Lannister from HoTd was a Vale knight in GoT S1 who was killed by Mountain during tournament

If a fan of ASOIAF/GOT/HOTD or any other Westeros media says, “Valar Morgulis, ” the appropriate reply is “Valar dohaeris, ” and that’s something I easily caught. I know I’ve considerably defended Season 2 for its slow burn approach to the storyline, but I assume it’s what the writers wanted. We need to respect that, and don’t watch it if you don’t like it.
