One of the first things to do in freestyle is to set your posture correctly. We recommend a 'proud' posture with your chest out, sternum lifted and tummy drawn in. The allows you to use your diaphragm better (makes it easier to breathe), increases the strength during your pull and press phase and can improve your body position.
