!! Don't do the breathing exercises in a swimming pool, before going underwater, beneath the shower, or piloting any vehicle. Always practice sitting or lying down in a safe environment. Tinnitus symptoms may appear as a result of pushing too forcefully during the breathing exercise. If this happens, take a step back in your future practice, it’s important to increase gradually, not forcefully !!

I’m recovering from a neck injury, lost a ton of muscle. 1st time 20 push-ups, I try the breathing and I got 35 with ease. This is power this is love. Thank you Wim❤️❤️

Went from 12 to 24, literally doubled my strength, this is insane, i can't believe the results im getting from this guy. I dont even have words, im only on day 2 of this but i will continue as long as i live, this is incredible! Thank you Wim.

45 thank you wim I've been following your breathing technique for about 5 year's now it has saved my life from depression, Colin cancer, and much more then I would be comfortable explaining on this platform, but I also taught me how to love myself unconditionally as well as forgiveness for my own and it has helped me to get clean off of crystal meth I and so happy and grateful and I appreciate you more and more everyday you are a hero in my eyes and it is an honor and a privilege to experience these sacred teachings and I pass it along spreading the good word WIM for all who wish to know whether they want to or not. Wim you truly are a breath of fresh air. From start to finish I worked from around 20 push ups and my max is 60 when I do the breath work I feel my body has charged completely. Your amazing at what you do and I applaud you 👏

Day 3:- 19 push ups
Day 3:- 30 push ups
Day 4:- 22 push ups
Day 5:- 28 push ups
30 push ups in evening after doing breathing exercise with nose
Day 6:- 31 push ups
Day 7:- 27 push ups
Day 8:- 27 push ups
Day 9:- 28 push ups
Day 10:- 30 push ups

Day 13:- didn't do it

Thank you wim! My mother commit suicide in front of me when I was 9 years old then my dad drank himself to death a year later. Every relationship I have been in has also resulted in depression until my son informed me about you. Thank you so much sir!!!

I usually do 35, while struggling/pushing through from 25 to 35.

Tried this and did 45 in one set (without struggling) on my first attempt. Thank you 🙏

I usually start to feel the burn and get tired around 15-20 (not exactly in the best shape) but I just churned out 30 like it was the easiest thing I've ever done. Cant get enough of this, good stuff man thank you

Before WHM: 30 push-ups... 1st session with WHM: 44 push-ups... 1 mnth. in: 63 push ups + always happy, healthier and obviously stronger :-) Experiencing is believing! Go for it!

I suggest, do medium-tempo controlled pushups. Feel each pushup. That way, do 20-30 pushups. That will be more effective than doing 50-60 fast pushups.

Normal push-ups before WHM was 6, after 30 breaths I just broke my record with 30 pushps the first time. Thank you for sharing Wim. ❤
