If you're taking the Irish Sea Moss that is natures multivitamin, why take a multivitamin? hehe You know that taking a multivitamin for someone who is WFPB isn't needed. Our bodies get more than enough vitamins(provided you're eating varied foods of course) on WFPB diets. It's those who don't eat WFPB that almost require it, as there could easily be days they don't eat much healthy food in the first place. They've shown that actually taken multivitamin, even if you think it's to 'cover your bases' actually does more harm as it's not in its natural form.

Even though excess B12 is released through our urine, for some people, like myself, if you do take excess, you can break out in acne. I cut what I was taking in half, because I was using milk that had 50% for the RDI added to it when adding it to my oatmeal. Being WFPB, I totally forgot that the milk isn't and had a few different vitamins added to it(because of all those people who don't eat properly to being with). Our bacteria on our skin produce their own B12, but if there is excess from the body, they'll just be overproducing, leading to clogged pores.

The last one I wanted to comment on was the Turmeric. Absolutely amazing anti-inflammatory powder. Although, to increase the effects of it, add fresh ground black pepper(the pepperine decays extremely quick and only constitutes about 7% of a fresh peppercorn). This will boost the turmeric literally 2000%, yep, 2000%. With this, you wouldn't need to use as much turmeric, lowering the cost even more, as pepper is pretty cheap in comparison.

All thanks to the hard working folks @ Nutritionfacts.org! It literally turned everything I thought I knew was 'healthy' on it's head. lol
