15 Min Energizing Morning Yoga Sequence | YOGA WITH TWISTS AND DEEP STRETCHES

This 15 minute morning yoga sequence will boost your energy for the day. Enjoy this energy-boosting morning yoga flow for beginners (no props needed!).


This yoga class is all about bringing fresh blood, oxygen, and energy throughout the body! We begin with a three-part breath that brings fresh prana energy to the body and fresh blood to the brain and muscles. Then we move into a dynamic warrior sequence for a quick yoga workout at home. With all the heat and movement that we've built, we then move into some deep stretches for the hips, hamstrings, and spine. We end the class with some Breath of Fire, a pranayama breathing technique that you definitely want to master if you want to boost energy and purify your lungs.

🌺This Morning Yoga Sequence Will Boost Your Energy in 15 Minutes🌺
▶Three-breath exercise
▶Forward Fold - cycling between Forward Fold and Mountain Pose, following the breath
▶Warrior 2 - dynamic movement for the right side of the body
▶Reverse Warrior
▶Wide-Legged Forward Fold (with twists)
▶Goddess Pose - dynamic movement paired with deep breathing
▶Warrior 2 - dynamic movement for the left side of the body
▶Reverse Warrior
▶Hop back to the front of the mat to boost energy (a Kundalini technique brought to this Vinyasa Flow)
▶Cat/Cow dynamic stretching
▶Low Lunge - leave your back knee on the mat and clasp your hands behind your back, opening up the chest and sinking deeper into the hips
▶Downward Facing Dog
▶Walk your feet up toward your hands and slowly roll your spine up to standing
▶With the hands above the head in Ego Eradicator mudra, begin Breath of Fire
▶Bring hands to heart center, in prayer pose

If I don't have time for something longer, doing this one gets me awake and out the door. Today, though, I used it as a warmup for a glutes workout, and it worked like a charm to get me stoked for that workout. Thank, Brett. :)
