Hey, I feel so much better after doing a 20k walk nearly everyday I did 30k today which I was really proud of doing as I’ve never done that before I’m on a weight loss journey too an so far through the journey I feel so good about myself positive mind set I love watching your videos for a bit of advice❤️

I have been in a weight loss journey since begging of january and i have lost 6kg...i have been watching your videos and now i cant go to sleep without a workout, or at least yoga in the evening bc i just feel so goooddd afterwards it’s unbelievable.... and since 3 weeks i started to go on runs and i feel sooo good everytime😍

Pro tip - Measure your full body every single week. Chest, upper waist, lower waist, hips, thighs. Aim for .5-1 cm loss every week. If you don’t drop any cm for 2 weeks continually, reduce calories further

My motivation is going down, maybe because the people around me are putting me down but I just not losing anything and I feel like I'm doing most stuff right, I sit down for 5 hours, I'm not giving up but its probaly been 2 months now

i applaud anyone starting there fitness journey because it is a hard road, i used to only want to lose weight so that we people see me they don't think I'm fat my family would say, that I've "out grown" my sister and by that they meant i am bigger than her in size my sister is older than me and she's what you call skinny and i would be seen as thick or whatever and it honestly would hurt my feelings everyone always talks about how little they eat and it gets on my nerves but something that I've learned through all these tears is that you have to start the journey for yourself, you have to want a better lifestyle who gives a shit what people say they are always going to talk about you no matter what. even though I've been losing weight my dad talks about my acne now soooo yeah but i chose to ignore it because haters gonna hate and you are the person controlling your life not them so make something out of it

I literally just made myself a time chart / plan to really organize and get my life, fitness and health back on track . Now I wake up at 5am and i workout and do the rest of my stuff and have a productive day and get things done ... also I gained weight in the last weeks cuz I fell off horribly and started eating fast food way more than I usually do and eating sweets and just completely spiraled outta control and hadn’t even realized but I’m back on and feel great and am already 3 pounds down and I feel happier as well ^•^

this came to me at the right moment. i was starting to doing my journey as i’ve been working out pretty much 4-5 days a week the past year but i haven’t seen any progress and the main problem had to do with my diet. and this has helped me change the way i viewed my nutrition & im gonna change it starting today 🤍
