No that’s not true guys just eat healthy and protein foods workout daily for atleast 1:30 hours daily and add a 30 min walk anytime and u can eat a limited amount of sugar or food u like but listen be consistent in the workouts and walk that will help u not just loose wait it will mostly help u build metabolism and sabse badi cheez patience result defenietly ayenge 100 per but remember 1-2 mahine m ap Shakira nahi ban jaenge ye ek lamba process just believe the process slowly slowly u will notice the differences 🙏🏻 just try it for 6 months atleast u will see by your own

Me to sab khati hun, bus mitha band kr deti hun or quantity kam kr do or liquid jyada leti hun or bus 1hr excersice kro or continue kro roz chahe mann ho ya na ho.. 1 week me result jarur milega. Aapko apne aap light feel hoga, kapde phnoge to difference pata chalega.
Life me rona to laga rahega tum aapna body fit rakho dimag to khrab he rehta h 😝😂😂👍❤

I do this too but i continue and I'm losing weight! Don't stop, keep going, it's a journey. Enjoy it ❤ don't make the mistake of blaming yourself just because you messed up for two days it's part of the process ( to learn and build a healthy lifestyle, build consistently and enjoy your life)

Extreme paths will always lead to failure. Eat with common sense and leave your emotions aside. I am super fat but since i started eating everything expect junk food i lost 12kgs

Its more beneficIl to have a cheat day during your work out days. And always remember not to make food your enemy, instead use it as a fuel to loose more weight.

Should I be honest? Sometimes you'll feel that you are doing everything but why you aren't losing weight then from my experience I want to say that I love eating but I've a balanced diet I try not eating a lot of oily food but I don't avoid it like plague similarly everyday I drink coffee or tea in which i add 1 teaspoon sugar since I don't eat it that much but once in a month I get a sugar rush I bake a cake and eat . Again 6 days I do pilates and cardio that's how you should keep a balance because I've tried to find a perfect diet all my life and ended up in this position but now I realized that just by avoiding food you don't become Shakira or by doing workout in 1 week you don't have abs you need to continue.

That’s why we should not have only leaves on weekends as it increases our cravings. Have a balanced meal on all days….meals can be healthy and tasty if made the proper way.

I do it for Saturday but i fast whole day and eat one healthy food (Indian Dosa) at night which is almost 300 calories . However I burn 1500calories by walking almost 23000 steps because Sunday there is no gym.

Assuming calorie deficit, in which you consumed 1300 calories

Or skipping a meal to get a cake is fine as we feed healthy protein rich diet the whole week

Guysss please stop.... For a woman it's not just about calorie deficit there's a lot more to it like hormonal changes and stuff which these people either doesn't know or they don't want to share.... Even workouts like heavy cardio and stuffs actually lead to weight gain by increasing testosterone and cortisol.
Most importantly it's not as difficult as these people portray and we don't binge on carbs and junk because we are gluttonous it's again because of our hormones which has to be regulated ' not by always eating leaves' anyway
