In todays society if anyone can show you a better eating lifestyle as appose to the proccessed foods we are subjected to because of big corporations placing so many chemicals in our food its a blessing for someone to come along and show us how to eat to live better and longer !

Why do funny cat videos have over 10x (and probably greater than that) more views than this video? This was so good I actually commented (which I hardly do)

My biggest concern - you don’t have a problem with your child cooking with hot oil? They can help you cook but really??

Why do you need to negotiate with your kids about highly processed foods? It should be simply not a point of negotiation. In fact parents should be the ones who educate and guide their kids in whats good and what is not good and it shouldn’t be a negotiation subject simply educate themselves first and then their kids. It is a simply “I’m sorry but this isn’t good for your body’s health. Talk with them according to their age and level of understanding why certain food is not good for him o her.

ordering food from the grocery store and having it delivered has really helped me stay on task. I make a weekly meal plan from online meals and meal plan and then order directly. Costs $5 to have food delivered. About the same as gas really.

I'm sorry... but ignorantly stating, 'everything that you just saw in that video is possible' is completely overlooking the obvious factors that contribute to why families can't do this in the first place. Poverty, poor mental health, pervasive food deserts, etc. (to name a few) are innately involved. Unfortunately, we weren't all born well-off/wealthy, white-skinned, working-class families with the world at our feet... (Some people seriously need a profound reality check.)

Very good talk. Unfortunately, we have made mealtime an activity that can been done in between daily activities, like soccer practice and band practice, etc. that people put more importance in. A car is not a kitchen table. Small changes are easy, and very beneficial. What people need to change is their attitude towards eating.
