Coming to the end of a long treatment process for cancer. I found this about 2 weeks ago and it has been the most mind-blowing and incredible help. Your voice soothes me and I hear it long after I have listened to the Daily Calm. It is teaching me how to keep coming back to the breath and to not be judgemental of myself if somedays I find it easier than others. Bless you Tamara - you are a beautiful oasis from life's stresses.

Love that political ad in the middle of the meditation to really get my brain in angry monkey mind mode. Almost didn't want to finish the meditation.

There was no add in mine, and I found this very effective. I've had adds in some of the longer ones. It can be off putting, especially in a shorter meditation like this.
I like the comment of using it as part of the practice to discipline to mind into acceptance.

If I have one recommendation it is to use positively reinforced language instead of saying don't do this or don't be that. When I hear don't be frustrated all I can then think about is frustration. I think this is normal so maybe others feel the same. In any case, I love this channel. Now a part of my nightly routine...

If I wasn't busy in the head already, I am now... I just got an ad for the weirdest thing. Like a whole youtube channel, or streaming service or something dedicated to "ancient aliens" stuff...
