Nutrition for beginners is a high-level lamen approach to introducing the nutritional basics you need to know before digging deeper into what nutritional strategies are right for you. This video is especially good for beginners that are trying to get the conversation started with understanding macros.

Covered in this video:

- Macronutrients "macros" - Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat
- Essential and non-essential amino acids.
- Simple carbs vs complex carbs
- Fats (monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, & saturated fat) good fats / bad fats
** In the video I mentioned "unsaturated" in place of "monounsaturated" - don't blister me too hard.
- How many calories you should eat in a day
- Establishing a baseline for what your body needs.

you have really excellent understanding
i would like aske a question in which i am too much confused i lots of studied watched vedios to understand exact correct nutrition definition but i am still confused i got a concept from all of this but i am not sure that is it right that i think definition of Nutrition is
1) " study of food in all forms and all processes how our body ingest, digest, metabolize, mobilize, store and excrete food,
2) study of food that intake the body for meet its requirement.
3) observation of food and how take the food .
please kindly tell me my above mentioned 3 points are correct or not with regard to correct nutrition definition ?
