Summary:
Water
Even if you decide to go on a diet and not eat any proper meals, you can still survive. Although, you won't make it without water.

Vitamins
The basic function of these nutrients is to keep away diseases and keep you healthy. Without a healthy dose of Vitamins, it would be difficult for your body to fight the microorganisms.

Protein
This is the nutrient that gets most of the hype. Go to any nutritionist and they will suggest a lot of food items for the proper intake of protein. These include meat, eggs, and some grains.

Fats
Yes, the nutrient that you want to avoid. Well, maybe you shouldn't avoid it so much after all. Of course, an excessive amount of fats may be very dangerous for our body. Too much fat can cause problems for our blood pressure levels and heart as well as our digestive and respiratory systems.

Minerals
When we talk about minerals for our body, the first thing that might come to mind is Calcium. Although this it isn't the only one. Don't forget about iron and Zinc.

Carbohydrates
While the world is moving towards a low-carb diet, it still is one of the most important nutrients for our body. Carbohydrates serves as food for your brain and your central nervous system.

Im 25 years old and all of this made so much sense for two reasons:
1) You all made this as simple and short as possible, with a great visual and audible presentation.
2) I desire to know this.

If only public schools and private schools could grasp this.

Anyway, THANK YOU!!!!

Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

heres help for if you need a summary of this video.

The six nutrients are: water, vitamins, fats, minerals, protein, and carbohydrates. Water cleans the body from toxins and helps the whole body get moving. Also, water takes up more than 60% of your body. There are 13 types of vitamins, but the main ones are A, B6, C, and D. Proteins are building blocks of your body. They help with the bones, muscles, skin, hair and more. Although fats are bad, you need fats because they help with absorbing other nutrients. Too much is bad, but eating something that has fat and burning it off can help you. Minerals are also important, but the main ones are calcium, zinc, and iron. Calcium helps with strong bones while zinc helps with healing your body. Iron helps with creating red blood cells. The last one is carbohydrates. They help with serving as food for the brain and the central nervous system.

Tbh as a kid I would always love having food and drinks like Coca Cola and sweets like lollies etc.
but now I am 13 and in year 8 at school (Australian) and honestly whenever I see unhealthy foods like them I gag now even just looking at sweet foods but when I see water or vegetables or healthier foods my mouth starts to water and I start wanting the healthier foods.
As well I am starting to lose weight for myself and for my own physical health. And once I realised that started happening I was so happy bc it’s been my dream since I was a little kid

One terrible misconception this video seems to teach, which is also dangerous, is that you can just eat fatty food, workout and it's all good. First and foremost, not all fats are created equal and when the study was done, the fats mentioned were ESSENTIAL FATS like olive oil, avocado, etc... Eating a greasy burger cooked in some terrible oil, with various sauces packed on, on a white bread bun is faaarrr from being the same and no you can't workout your way into health with a terrible diet
