How often do you find yourself in this side-bent position? Most of you probably do not, therefore you may be lacking some mobility in that range. If you have upper back, spinal, or pain through your ribcage, then try any or all of these stretches. Some will have a component of strength involved with them, which is also great!

Make sure to breathe slowly and into your side-body with each stretch.

Start within a small range of motion to test it, then, if you are comfortable, increase that range over several days or weeks. #stretching #stretch

Thank you so much I am 60 and very active but now and again I get this pain in the middle of my back and it goes away by itself.
