I try to balance the two but my squat is still extremely hip dominant, im gonna try squat shoes today, hope it works :)

You comfortable holding the bar with palms up like that, looks like strain on wrists. My biceps sometimes hurt when squatting more than the quads.

I discovered a few weeks ago my squat is stronger with toes forward and went from 405x5 to 475 for 4 within about 8 or so weeks, is there a reason for this also is it bad for the knees over time ?

It looks, to me, like a deliberate attempt at imitating weightlifters without the hip mobility to go atg, the only depth at which that sliding motion makes sense.

Just slow tf down dive bomb squats are stupid unless pr maybe idk actually when they are good i just assumed since less energy use
