Get ready to burn lots of calories during this workout, which in return can increase one's resting metabolic rate. This means that the body will continue to burn calories after the workout has finished. We have 9 moves, 30 seconds of work and 15 rest with 3 rounds! All moves can be done low-impact or you can throw in some jumping. I tried to keep the moves to the beat of the music to increase the intensity and FUN factor! Get ready to sweat!💦

This was a great workout! Thank you ❤️ I added 2lb ankle/1lb wrist weights and it was sweaty. Also did 6 min sprints 30 on/15 off on my jumpsport. Am I the only one who mentally needs at least 35+ minutes workout a day to feel like I’ve done what I need to 🙄 Anyway, as always a terrific workout! Much thanks🥰

Wow😮! What a workout, next time I’m going to put my weighted vest for an extra resistance. Loved the moves, haven’t done your hiit workouts on floor ever just trampoline and it was good, slowed the lungs kick warrior pose down to get the feel by 3rd round wasn’t wobbling as much.?I’m a day behind. My butt is still sore from lower body yesterday. Can’t wait till tomorrow. Thanks Michelle
