Ok...I went through all your workouts and I set up a 30 minutes a day 5 days a week workout from only your videos with a few self 5 min workouts. Monday is your 30 min Hiit workout for upper body with dumbells, Tuesday is legs and abs, your 25 min quad workout + core and I will just add 5 mins of calf raises at the end, Wednesday is your 25 min arm workout + core video and i will just add 5 mins of trap shrugs at the end, Thursday will be legs again, will follow your 30 min Hiit workout/lower body with no equipment, then Friday will be 2 of your videos...first your back and abs video with dumbells then I will follow your 5 min obliques video! This is going to be a great week next week! Thanks so much for sharing! I am sure your channel will blow up soon! Just keep up the great and very helpful work! Thanks again.

Great workout. Very intense, short and effective! Just wish your “next exercise” had a 5-10 sec segway (other than the “Up Next” words on the screen) into the next exercise so I didn’t have to rewind every time you start a new exercise.Maybe a quick demo or PIP showing what you are doing at/near the end of the last exercise.
