I am 3 hours away from completing 5 days of a 7 day water only fast. No coffee or tea. Water only! So far, I feel great! The only hard thing is the mind games. I just know my body is healing from things I don’t even know about. Thank You Jesus 🙌🏼

The Bible mentions fasting dozens of times. As a catholic I will attest when I fast for several days before weekly Mass the entire experience is magnified in ways that I simple cannot explain.

I do water fasting every week!! The body heals itself when we give it the right condition. I did a 5 day water fast back in April, fasting is the way to go.

Dry fasting is better and easier. Autophagy kicks in faster and less hunger and headaches due to not flushing out electrolytes by drinking water.

Fasting is easy. I did a 33 day water fast a few years ago without any prep. I am currently doing my third 10 day fast in a row with 5-6 days of eating (keto) in between.

What’s not easy for me is moderation. 6’0 220 lbs and will probably be under 210 when my 10 days is up.

Great info as always! I’ve been fasting for 20yrs, started without knowing Fasting was a thing. I’ve done as long as a 26 day Water Only Fast, no supplements, no coffee or tea. Water Only. I’ve done several other 10 day, 7 day etc.. I think 3 day is a great start but when you experience the benefits after 10days it’s pretty amazing. Weight loss about 1/2lb a day avg, Energy boost(I was working out 2 hours a day), Vision Correction, Mental Sharpness. No bad side effects or ill feelings for me. The Biggest challenge is addiction to Food. You will notice the Hundreds of Restaurants, Smell them, Dream & think about it 24/7

I’m getting ready to attempt another 40 day water only fast soon.

Growing up I was always told by my teachers that if you restrict your eating when you're suppose to it's bad because for your metabolism because when you finally do eat, your metabolism will be significantly reduced resulting in more weight gain

I have been fasting for 7 years, I do not wear glasses anymore for 5 yeas now I do feel very good, been fasting 16, 18, 24, 36, 48 hours I do vary . I do not do the same fast every day OMAD, 2 MAD is my go to.. I do take syntroide and my dose has changed twice in the last year. And gained 12 pounds since, very discourage, I do somewath clean keto, exercice all my life, im 58 no carbs for over twlve years and still not losing weight. I take vit D, k2 magnesium, cod liver oil, vit, C. I GUESS I NEEC HELP 😊
