I find that for a man over 70 y.o., the info is priceless. the variety of stance and inclusion of other muscular tensions will add effectiveness you will notice. i also saw a video where when lying on your back, with knees bent up, a yoga block between the knees and them squeezing together - and HARD- while flexing 'all else" will get your attention. you may need to work on quad flexibility, including Psoas particularly. also, working with a vacuum pose (TVA work) while lying down will help activate more than you thought you could.

This is very timely for me! I gave birth a week ago and definitely will have to work on this once I heal a little more. I had heard of the pelvic floor and knew a bit about it, but seeing a diagram really clarified how it works.

Dr Ennis do you have any past vids on fibroids! I have a lg pedunculated that was dx on US several yrs ago that im becoming more aware of, causing discomfort and i think bloating too. Any suggestions is so much appreciated

Dr. Ennis, Do you have exercises for men's pelvic floor also. I do pelvic floor exercises to stop my drip when it comes back. What i feel when I do it is not a tightening in my bottom or I'm my scrotum and penis area but in the area in between.
