IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Remember that Chloe is a professional, so if you see yourself struggling and not able to do some exercises at her pace, don't take it to heart. Just do your best and give it your all, you might be panting and cursing like a sailor now but over time your muscles will develop. Just keep at it❤❤

This is my 10th Chloe ting challenge and I m so excited for it over the year I lost 33 pounds and its all bcz of Chloe who made me love working out just wanna say have faith in yourself and don't stop you will get the results with proper diet and Chloe's workout... LOVE YOU CHLOE<3

After a MS diagnosis I was so depressed that I spent 2 months straight in bed. All my muscles are gone and I'm extremely weak but I still managed to do this workout (without any weights).
For the first time in weeks I'm finally feeling good and motivated. Thank you, Chloe!

Edit:
It's about 5 weeks later, I completed the "Get Toned Challenge" and started it again. I can now do most exercises with low weights. :)

hii i see progress comments all the time and imma try it out this time bc i rlly dig this workout (btw im doing the whole challenge itself, not just the video)
measurements currently:
hips: 36
waist: 24
(also, i already started a couple days ago, but ill account for those))

I am starting a chloe Ting workout after a really long time. I hope I be consistent with it because consistency is my biggest issue 😭 But I promise to keep up with this one no matter how busy I get with work.

Day 1 - ✅
Day 2 - ✅
Day 3- ✅
Day 4 -✅ (it was a rest day but I didn’t take one)
Day 5 - ✅
Day 6 - ✅
Day 7 - ✅ (took a rest day)

the get toned challenge 2022 is my third challenge for this year. I started working out in January but didn't do it with Chloe's schedule until February and I must say it was a game changer. Chloe helped me lose almost 10kg. I went from a person who despised my body and exercise to a person who is fascinated with what my body can handle and change to the better. If you're reading I know you can do it too! it gets easier and it's worth. do it for yourself and your body 💕

Chloe: for the past few weeks I’ve been doing just random videos of your and noticing a small change. But when I decided to join the March ‘22 challenge, I can tell you I’ve been noticing changes. I’m more muscular in other areas and more sore in others.
So far on day 5 and always end up adding another video to my routine, I can tell you I’m hearing those beeps at work now.
Can we get more diet recipes?!

I am Nina and I'm 15 years old. I weight 63kg. Today I will start this challenge again. 3 years ago when I was really obese, I did this specific challenge and it helped me so much.
I want to do this challenge again to lose weight for the beach this summer. Btw! I do gym and have sport, hockey. But with this extra, hope I will get more results! Let's begin the challenge!
