Complexes.... I love these!! It truly becomes your own workout! Go at a pace that suits you as we work through exercises to target the entire body!

This will challenge you in many ways! Your ability to control the dumbbells, maintaining correct form, awareness when to pause and not to mention grip strength!

3 minute per complex with 30 seconds rest after each completed complex!

For this full body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each!

Some of the complexes involve x10 rep exercises, whilst others involve x5 rep exercises!

Focus on how you perform each movement. Try to pace yourself as 3 minutes can be taxing to hold the dumbbells. I would also suggest to hold the dumbbells where is comfortable during squats and lunges such as low by the sides or high held position!

The finisher is the final complex! Solely Makers! Detailed below!

I have truly wondered if Caroline has a military background, either herself or family? Some of the workouts, the style of training feel military inspired - its all in a good way. (This is only meant to be a complement and sincere curiosity.)

Hi everyone, I didn't manage to do this on Saturday (I normally do the Friday-workout on Saturday), something in my body told me to take a break. I also skipped EMOM because of that and decided to try this video again today. And I passef through💪
The reason why I am sharing this is simply that I wanted to acknowledge that it is fine to take a break and reset if your body tells you so. You can always get back on track and also won't lose your progress if you take a few more rest days or a week off.

Day 24 ✅ I did this workout at 11 p.m. after a 14 hour day and still did that shit💪 proud of myself I've never been committed to a workout program. Everytime I want to quit I just think " you get out what you put in" so I'm putting in the work!
