If one thing that this workout has taught me is that God gave me a cute face, chubby waist, thick legs but my rump shaker does not move at all. Good lord I looked like I was being possessed

To be honest, I was a little nervous to do this workout at first. I'm terrible at twerking, but now it makes me want to get to know my body more. And I finally got the hang of it! I find this workout to be humbling, challenging and fun! Kalelia is an amazing instructor! She has infestious energy! 🔥 All that twerking made my booty on fire and I'm definitley feeling it! ! It also unleashed my inner sassiness too! I'm definitely going to do this over and over again! Thanks, Kaleila 🤗🖤

I've always hated the fact I can't wine/twerk and that I can't dance to save my life, I've finally decided to try to learn plus workout and I just love this! I can't do all the moves sometimes and I get tried pretty quickly but I love this workout so much, it makes me feel so confident and that one day I'll be able to dance. Tysm💖💖💖💖

As someone who is not a dancer - aside from being a high school cheerleader - this workout was difficult, and humbling, and makes me want to get to know my body more. I took a booty freedom class last year and since then i've been doing resistance and lifting weights in order to my butt into shape, and now that it's finally growing, I want to know how to work it. I'm determined to get better at this no matter how humiliating is now. Thanks Popsugar!

Tried to do this workout after doing legs at the gym, 30 minute Zumba class and a 15 minute core workout. couldn't see myself to the end of the video, really gets the legs 😅 will be trying again tomorrow
