Better protein is dark meat of chicken or turkey literally has higher protein and a whole lot more nutrients and minerals than white meat. Whilte meat may be low in fat bit also has only one kind d of nutrient.. Another excellent soi of protein is reg or smoked skinned/ boned or skinless deboned sardines.
The kind I eat is Bar Harbor brand.
Serving size is one can which is 6.7 oz. and its 205 cal., 11 g. of healthy fats and 26 delicious g. of protein.


What I discovered is to warm up the sadness and the smoke flavor makes it amazing delicious. I told that to my older brother since he is a sardine fan and he tried it and believed it does taste a lot better.. Both he and I doing that way of warming sardines from now on!😊😋😋💛
The chicken part is true, I did research on that.
A good way for the chicken is mixed white and dark meat together to get full benefits.

No: those Mercadona tuna cans contain about 10 grams of protein each.
The rest of the video is great! Just some veggies and fruit should be added to menus.

It's not that easy, especialy if you do part time fast. Anyway in your video you have one "whole meal" (chicken) then tuna and eggs. If you work, i highly doubt that you will have time or will to eat tuna/eggs at breakfast right after you woke up. Which means you are going to need to eat those two at noon, and if you work, you won't be home and wont be able to eat what you want.
