A few caveats include:
Non-roasted non-gmo nuts & and seeds, but sprouted is best
Non-oily seaweed snacks like raw nori or powdered sea moss
Eggs from non-vaccinated chickens eating organic food
Low sugar, low heavy metals chocolate 🍫 😋

Hi Dr Janine. It s true that all doctors like u strive to increase health awareness among people all over the world. But my heartfelt thanks to u. I like ur videos.. Also I need your advice on certain issues.
Im 35n suffering from hypothyroid, rheumatoid arthritis for both knees and have skin allergies as well
Pls can u suggest which foods should I consume like for eg. Curd n buttermilk is it good or harmful for the above ailments . curd is not good for arthritis but good for skin. U understanding my point. So I just blank abt all this . Thanks a ton. Love from India
