Join me for this 30 min Standing Abs Cardio Workout, and let's strengthen our abdominal muscles, while also breaking a good sweat! This workout targets the waist and abs using cardio & toning exercises. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning exercises. A caloric deficit will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 30 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach and see your body transform. You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline. Make sure you keep your abs contracted (pulled in) throughout this entire workout, and focus on feeling every exercise in the core!

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

I am over 70 and have been doing mostly cardio workouts for seniors on line. I realized these workouts were good for calorie burning but not really for trimming the excess fat deposits that accumulate in the waist particularly when one ages. I am thinner than I have been for years but I can't fit into pants I used to before because of the stubborn waist fat which would not go away no matter how long I did these traditional workouts. BurpeeGirl workouts are a bit difficult for me but I stick with it and have seen a definite improvement in my waist size. Thank you for these great and effective workouts!

Today is my six month anniversary of working out five days a week. I started in January and could barely walk a mile. Now I am strength training and doing cardio, I’m up to four mile runs. I’m training for a 10k run next March. I love you wonderful workouts and I am so happy I found you. Thank you!!

Great workout for 70 years old and is in better shape than I was in my 20s. Five days a week and sometime 6 days. Three days a week I walk for 20 minutes after BG workout!!!🥰😍🤩

Another great one. I am so glad I found your channel as I had gotten so tired of the constant up/down (from floor) types of workouts for a variety of reasons (my knees, inadequate time to get into the next position, exhaustion). Your format is wonderful because it's all standing with creative movements, coupled with great music, and challenging. I appreciate the time efficiency as well because I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone in a half hour (ie getting my steps in and knocking out an ab workout). Thank you.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout... Wow! Very easy to follow movements and works every single body part. 77 'active' calories burned and over 3000 STEPS in 30 minutes (that's literally 2. 5 calories per minute - whew!). For a 30 minutes workout and being a knee-friendly routine from beginning to end, it doesn't get better than this 👌🏿Thank you sooo much for all you do, I love your workouts 💪🏿👏🏿💜💃🏿.
