Today's workout focuses on steady state cardio that targets the waist and abs. This is a moderate pace Standing Abs Cardio Workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection all while burning calories. I want you to really focus on feeling the movements in your core! We have 30 moves for 30 seconds of effort and 10 seconds transition. Half way through we will take a break and add 1-2 lb. hand weights (optional). This slight increase does help to level up the workout and add a little toning to the arms. I wouldn't go any heavier as it can result in overuse injury in the shoulders.
Add bonus...we are moving to the beat of the music!! Find some space and let's go!

I like Low impact workouts because it takes more muscle to control the move . Then adding the weights takes it up a notch so you feel it even more!! Great Workout!

LOVED this workout, I have an injured knee so can only do low impact and this was great, full of energy.
First time I did my moves sucked, so I immediately did it again and got the hang of it, did much much better.

I have started using more and more of your workouts, realizing how much better my body is responding since incorporating weights with them, I'll be 65 in a few months and I think I am better now than ever before! Thank you so much for giving us your video's to work out with and your knowledge, I show my husband your video's all the time and he is super impressed, he said he is noticing a difference in how I am looking lately, I have lost weight, and looking much more toned!

Thank you SO much for this standing workout. It got our heart rates going and loved incorporating the weights. We have a bunch of friends who have gotten together to exercise by Zoom ever since the pandemic began--2. 5 years and still going. We exercised to your video this morning and loved it. We are active older adults and hope you will do some more standing videos. We range in age from 50's to even a couple of folks in their 80's. We'll keep checking! Thank you!

I can do this workout about 70% that is good for me. I have spinal stenosis, and I have very little mobility, and my range of motion is even worse. Thank you for all your wonderful workouts and time you put into helping others feel great again.
