When I started exercising a few months ago, I first discovered your workouts and immediately liked them. As a newbie, I started researching other Internet resources about exercise for inspiration, comparison, etc. Andrea, your work and the work of your team is the best on the Internet, by several levels. Did this workout. Sweating a lot. Your workouts are easier to do but I think they do burn a lot of calories.

Nice thing you almost always have no repeat exercises (I appreciate much) and warming up and "cool down" /stretching at the end. Keep going!

As a girl with tachycardia thanks so much, for so long I avoided cardio since my heart beats so fast but I finally decided to work on my cardio (with my doctors obviously) and your workout are motivating me toward this path as for once I can follow a cardio workout!!! yeay small wins
