1 tip you must follow to build huge arms:

Hey y'all,

It's Mike Chang and you better have your tickets ready for today's gun show workout.
This workout is going to show you how to blow up your arms and have you ripping shirt sleeves in no time. And with these huge arms, your going to have that powerful look women simply can't resist.

Workout routine:

**These exercises are done in super-set form for 4 sets of 10s
**Use a weight that will only allow you to do 10 reps
**Dips needs to be done till failure

Exercises:

Barbell or dumbbell bicep curls super-set with skull crushers:
Close grip barbell curls super-set with dips

This workout might look simple but I promise you it works,

I've done this twice a week, for 4 weeks and seen kinda big improvements. They looked fuller bigger and more defined so trust me this works

Its hard to wear me out but I jogged 2 miles and then did this entire workout along with you and its great! Arms are full and burning and shaking. Sweating like crazy, its time for a shower and bed. Great workout man!!!

Mike, I'm going to be honest here. I have been training for a few months and although I have made big gains I always wondered why my arms didn't look "full"... until I seen this video. I had been neglecting TRICEPS (I am a newbie, though).

Since watching this video (about 2 weeks ago) and following your advice, I have seen my arms grow massively. Thanks to your commend "to make your arm look huge, work your triceps"

I'm a beginner weight lifter. I was 282 at my max weight and now I'm 229. I've tryed weight lifting in the past but no success because I was making up my workouts. from this video alone that I just did made me sweat like never before with weights. I felt good and pumped with happiness. I look forward to see more tips to further my progress. thankyou!!!

This has to be one of the best work out videos I have ever seen. He is sincere, friendly and actually goes through the whole process with you. This is the first time I have come across Mike, so, I may be saying something outdated, but I think he should be a top trainer, either in person or on Just my thoughts.

Really works!!! I've did this workout for a day and my biceps and triceps looks really better. It is hard, but it best thing to pump bicebs and triceps.

Everytime he says he goes light it makes me feel so weak.
Me: I'm gonna use 15 pound barbels to even though it might be a big heavy.
Mike: I'm gonna use 15 pound barbels. It's super light...

been doing p90x for about 2 years and just wanted to shake it up with something that didn't take an hour. My triceps are tighter than they've been in a year after doing this workout yesterday. Thanks mike.

I am SOOOO GLAD I watched this, I've been doing my dips way too low and my elbow tendon was really bothering me, I didn't know I was supposed to go down half way like that. Thanks bro

When he means "Go to failure" He means add enough weight that your last rep should be almost impossible due to fatigue.
