Been doing 100 squats daily for the last 249 days! Have lost 16 lbs in that time and left strength is awesome. Going for 365

Hey Chris. So glad i found you channel. Im 59 and active (walking, swimming yoga, you know, all the old lady stuff) anyway, ive started doing this video every day to try and get my legs a bit stronger. Yes i could just do squats, but following you means im getting them done. Thanks from my heart.

I'm going to include 100 squats to my workout. I love to challenge myself. I'm working in big store for food and my shifts all the time are going from very early first shifts to late second shifts but I'm trying to balance between work, catching up with sleep and working out. I'm jogging 10km in the warm days and during the other time I'm working out at home learning from you advices and your videos. Thank you for taking your time to help so many people giving them your experience. Your videos are the best breakfast for me ❤🔥

Thank you, I’m completing the 100 squats daily and this is day 3 for me. Date 1/25/25. Started on 1/23/25. I will do this everyday. I am a woman and I love these squats because it’s very easy to stay consistent.

I've just been out on my bike for 1hr 30 mins after a 12 hour Nightshift the day before of walking around the store where I work at. My legs aren't even in pain 😊

An option is to extend arms at the bottom of the squat and then use dynamic tension as you bring your arms in a rowing motion when you ascend.

Been doing 10k steps a day for a few months trying to lose weight and I saw this video right before going to bed and thought, “ F it, I’ll give it a try.” Did 100 legit squats and now I can’t walk down the stairs in my house to refill my water bottle. Totally worth it!
