You can fix 90% of hip restrictions by focusing on TWO things. Hip internal and hip external rotation.

Normal measures:

Internal rotation - 40º
External rotation - 60º

Sadly, knee won’t let me squat any more. Trying to keep my hips as flexible as possible at my age these days. Which to say is as flexible as they have been since my 30’s at least.

Both my knees and tibias are internally rotated.

Neverhad theseissues in my life till this past year from age 19 to 20this is what happened

So ot wasnt somwthing i was born with

I also have a rotated pelvis to the right and a loose left hip

Spine pelvis rotated to right. Intermally rotated femurs and tibias

Collasped foot arch both sides


Rotated pelvis to the right

And have to stand with feet externally rotated along with an unstable pelvis and unstable lower legs

Also have basically dead glute syndrome and muscle atrophy in both legs and my back and my arms due to this

So what do i do

What if you cant squat without turning ur feet out on both sides butmore in your left foot
