Thank you for sending this. I don’t have a punching bag but I’ll find a substitute for it and begin using this routine. Also don’t have a sparring partner but I’ll still do what I can. Also keep up the grind u have a good record 5 wins 1 draw 0 loss.

I jus started boxing bout a 2 months ago is this a good weekly routine
20 mins on treadmills running& 10min incline walk

Run around the block/ full speed sprints down street 5x/ stairs 4 rounds

Jump rope 4 rounds/ jumping jacks

Shadow box 6 rounds

Heavybag 6 rounds

Weight lifting &. Body weight exercises

Speedbag 3 rounds

30min bike ride

I don't have anyone to spar with. When I see u guys in the western world training it discourages me sometimes but I do a lot of all the things I mentioned here.

Ugh I’m annoyed I want to be a good boxer I wanted to do it my whole life but the thing is when I take a punch it’s like oh shit I got punched and didn’t barely hit them back when it’s the end of all that contact stuff I get annoyed that I didn’t do anything I didn’t kill my opponent there’s something in me that needs to be unleashed how do I do that

mine was do bench 100, 10 times with 4 rep or what ever its called, fly, normally with 15, lateral raises normally with 10, heavy bag, spar with coach or someone else for 1-10 rounds matters on the other guy then 100 crunches 4 times with small breaks in the middle not more then 2 minute breaks and ALL before that i stretch
