Today, let's explore the different nutrients that support your brain function and what dietary choices you can make to get these nutrients.

Your homework:

* For the next week, be more mindful about your food choices.
* Assess your current diet and do your own research as well.
* What brain-boosting foods do you already consume?
* Integrate at least 3 new brain-healthy foods into your meals.
* Keep a food diary. Write down what you eat and how it makes you feel later, including any changes you notice.

The best way to know is to eat and see how you feel.

In my experience Korean BBQ is the answer for optimal brain functioning. Eat as much chicken, beef, pork, organ meats, and fish as you like. And obviously dig into some rice, kimchi, potatoes, assorted veggies, and all the other side dishes to balance out that animal-based protein.

That should be the mainstay of your diet for brain health. Kale, blueberries, avocado, walnuts...Yeah, they're nice "supplemental" foods for brain health, little knick knacks you munch on as a snack or for breakfast or whatever, but do yourself a favor and go to a Korean BBQ joint. THAT'S how you should be eating if you want to think better. You're going to feel the difference as soon as 30 minutes into eating, and you will DEFINITELY feel a difference 1-2 hours later and for the rest of the day, and into the next day. You will feel fucking GOOD eating this way - mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60, 000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!
