Thank you for the information 😊. Do you know of other things that are 100% plant/tree/leaves/barks/roots/berries, in their raw, natural state that boost dopamine? Anything WILD🌼🍀🌿🌲? 😁.

Most of these food I cannot eat due to my Histamin intolerance.. :( I really struggle with healthy eating because of it
