Get lots of protein and vegetables that's the gist of the video. Can get protein from seed snacking instead of just meats.

To OG please just summarize it in a pinned comment or the description. You don't sound like you're dealing with people with ADHD as I was bored in the first five seconds and have no tolerance for mealy mouthed or long winded stuff that can be said in one paragraph or two.
