I have been working out for a year nd a half with my bf and recently i got cheated nd went through a break up and again started to workout on my own in a gym where 99.99 % of them are men nd your videos are the one which is like my life line now ..tq u soo much

The way she’s performing the bent over rows engages your biceps more. If your biceps are weak, they may be your limiting factor in adding more weight. If that’s the case then flip your hand placement (from underhand to overhand) and train your biceps more to get them stronger.
