20 min dumbbell workout to lose back fat and build a strong sexy back at home workout. By growing your back muscles you help give the illusion of a smaller waist and hourglass figure! This will be a dumbbell and bodyweight workout that will help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing, and basically leave you feeling awesome!!

Building a strong back has so many benefits including helping to lower the risk of injury during training, improve function of the back muscles, can contribute towards reducing back and neck, improved posture. Training back also requires stability from the core, therefore, increasing core stability.

I absolutely love this workout. I've been looking for a great upper body workout for so long and this one is the best that I found so far. It hits all my needs for an upper body workout especially the back. I'm gonna do this workout every other day. My workout split is 3 lower body days and 3 upper body days, and a 7 minute ab workout everyday. So it's been more than 10 days and my arms, back and waist have become so much more toned and I absolutely love the results.
