1. Eat a bowl of blueberries or strawberries daily
2. Learn a new word each day
3. Declutter your desk
4. Get up and move for 10 minutes every hour
5. Practice gratitude

That’s what the video says. It’s not what I agree with or do myself.

I would often suffer from brain fog after being up for 24hrs during a shift as an EMT, and by the time I went to bed, it was closer to 40hrs of no sleep because I had to watch my kids when I arrived back home. Brain fog mentally brings you down and leaves one depressed! Hang it there.

I’m sure my boss won’t mind me taking a 10 minute break every hour. 🙄

Brain fog is a pain and it can sometimes make you not want to do certain things. It just keeps you trapped in this endless loop. But luckily i have been trying REALLY hard to get myself out of that darkness.
All it takes is that extra effort from your part. And also don't expect things to just magically change overnight because it does NOT work that way. You have to give it some time and overtime you will see yourself becoming a whole lot happier. But start small so that you can really concentrate on the right things. Make a list of tasks. It will save your sanity. Good luck everyone!

To anyone who’s going through this Brian fog to the degree I’m going through it and how other people are going through it you know how dumb this video is and how unhelpful these tips are. I don’t think people realize how much it really affects you. I hope there’s answers or at least some treatment plan I can use to help recover who I used to be as a person

FOR ME it was the SLEEPING HABITS.
sleeping in the morning and staying awake at night was the reason for me it was terrifying how it affected me and my ability to focus and use my mind and I want to mention that it is the right habit god told us to follow which is to sleep a night and wake at morning.
hope you all feel better soon.

Guys it’s anxiety ! Due some research and it will give you a piece of mind and the sooner you learn what’s happening the better you can start to feel. It’s not permanent but if you keep stressing your brain out about how you feel it will just keep you in the cycle.

If anyone deals with this because of sinus issues recovery is possible!
And I know this because I am currently dealing with sinusitis and anxiety from bad sinuses issues from deviated septum and swollen cavities. I recently started getting anxiety and panic attacks which have caused my life to turn into a dream like hyper awareness state. However I have been trying to clean my sinuses and relieve some pressure and everytime I do it I feel like a new person and close to normal again. So this tells me my brain is just battling/fighting through this sinus pressure/issues causing this brain fog and I just need to get it treated (hopefully surgery) to relieve it! Hope this makes people feel better

Water, vitamins, exercise. Less TV, more reading. Make sure you don’t have sleep apnea. If using a cpap machine make sure it’s working properly. Have a neurologist see the results that the cpap records while you sleep.
