I watch many of your utube videos and love your ideas and concerns. Thank you for all you do for others.

I have a question I have osteoarthritis and meniscus, irritation in my knee. If I walk with by bad knee (right one) stiff legged, I can walk with no pain. But if I bend it hurts like hello! Im afraid to do this for to ling as i fear it will stay stiff??

I can lay in bed, sit in my easy chair with legs bent with no pain but the minute I put weight on it. NO GOOD.
Dr did X Rays says it is in beginning stages of osteoarthritis and meniscus irritation.
Any suggestions? would be greatest appreciated
